To confirm your booking, fill out the online form, pay the reservation fee, and email us your payment receipt.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, there are mileage limits depending on the car, destination, and number of rental days.

What if my flight is delayed?

Just inform us of your new arrival time, and we’ll adjust your pick-up schedule.

Do you deliver and pick up the car at the airport or my hotel?

Yes, we can deliver or pick up the car at the airport or your hotel within Puerto Princesa town proper. For areas outside the town proper, extra fees may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, GCash, PayPal, and other major online payment methods.

What happens if the car breaks down during my trip?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and will replace the car if needed.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, just contact us in advance to extend your booking, subject to availability.

Is gas included in the rental?

Gas is not included in the rental. If you receive the car with two bars of fuel, please return it with the same amount.

Are there any other fees?

Pickup and delivery within Puerto Princesa City town proper costs P300. A car wash fee of P200 applies for cars, and P250 for vans.

How much is the driver’s fee, and how long is the service?

The driver’s fee is P1,000 for 24 hours. For trips outside the city, an additional P500 is charged for the driver’s accommodation and meals.
