Reservation
- Please review all booking details before confirmation.
- A reservation fee is required to secure your selected vehicle.
- Providing your flight number is optional but recommended for airport pickups.

Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Must hold a valid driver’s license (Philippine or foreign).
- Foreign guests must present a passport.

Before Pickup/Arrival
- The owner or authorized representative will contact you to confirm your pickup date, time, and location.

Delivery & Car Release
- Vehicle will be delivered to agreed pickup location.
- Remaining balance settled.
- Contract agreement signed.
- Documentation photos taken.

During Rental
- The owner or authorized representative will remain available for assistance throughout your rental period.

Vehicle Return
- Vehicle inspected at agreed drop-off location.
- Security deposit released upon clearance (if applicable).

Payment
- Paid reservation fee secures your booking.
- Remaining balance is payable by cash upon vehicle release.

Accepted payment methods for reservation fee:
  * Debit/Credit Card (via PayPal or Stripe)
  * Bank Transfer
  * GCash
  * Wise
Note: Applicable transaction fees may apply depending on payment method.

Upon Vehicle Release
- Rental agreement will be reviewed and signed.
- A copy/photo of the driver’s license (and passport for foreign guests) will be documented.
- Photos of the vehicle and renter will be taken for standard security and documentation purposes.

A P3,000 refundable security deposit may be required prior to vehicle release.

The deposit may cover:
  * Damages
  * Traffic violations
  * Late returns
  * Unpaid charges

The deposit is returned after vehicle inspection and clearance.
Refund processing time depends on the payment method used.

Standard Insurance
- All vehicles are insured as required by law.

Insurance does not cover:
- Reckless driving
- Driving under the influence
- Illegal activities
- Violations of rental terms

Damage Responsibility
- In case of damage, the renter may be responsible for repair costs and
- The renter shall also be responsible for the daily rental rate while the vehicle is under repair and unavailable for use.

Damage Protection Option: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

For added peace of mind, you may avail of CDW:

- Additional ₱2,000 per day
- Maximum ₱100,000 coverage per incident
- Any amount exceeding ₱100,000 remains the renter’s responsibility
- Not applicable in cases of negligence or violation of rental terms

 - Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at release.
- If returned with less fuel, refueling charges apply.
- Refueling charge: ₱400 per fuel bar.

 - Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date and time.
- Late returns are subject to additional hourly or daily charges.
- Extensions must be requested and approved before the scheduled return time.

 - Cancellations must be made at least 3–7 days before the scheduled rental date.
- Reservation fees may be non-refundable depending on timing.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee or total payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on payment method.
